Returns are free within 30 days of delivery.

How to return

  1. Contact us ([MERCHANT TO CONFIRM]: contact email) with your order number and the pieces you are returning. We will arrange the return and send you the details.
  2. Pack the pieces unused and in their original packaging.
  3. Once we have received and checked your return, we refund the item price to your original payment method and email you to confirm.

Good to know

  • Pieces must be unused, undamaged and in their original packaging. For furniture, keep the packaging until you are sure you are keeping the piece.
  • Faulty or incorrect items can always be returned; contact us and we will put it right.
  • Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations you may cancel an online order within 14 days of receiving it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
